As a New York City resident for almost a decade, Melissa came to real estate, a field that she has always been fascinated with and following in her grandfather's footsteps, after establishing a stellar track record in public accounting. That background has aided in her deep understanding of building financials and board packages. Her ability to deftly advise clients on their real estate spending is a key part of her dedication to assessing her clients' goals and achieving them quickly and efficiently. In fact, having experienced the stress of looking for a place to call home herself, she is devoted to alleviating that stress for her clients.

Originally from sunny South Florida, Melissa spends her free time on the golf courses and tennis courts around New York and her summers on the Hampton beaches or traveling around Europe, especially in Italy. She is an active member of Equinox and New York Road Runners, with three NYC marathons under her belt.
