Jules Caprio is a seasoned real estate professional who’s experience in multiple sectors of the industry have lead her to a track record of success as a salesperson. After moving to New York City after receiving her BA in Communications from Ramapo College, she developed a passion for the NY real estate market. She is not only intrigued by the fast pace of the industry but also by the history, design and architecture of New York City buildings. Her passion for the business has inspired her to share her knowledge and zest for the industry with others.

Jules believes that buying an apartment is more than just checking items off of a wish list - it is about finding a home that suits her client's lifestyle. Her goal for her clients is to help them find a home that fits their needs, so that their home can grow with them, and work for them. Her understanding and empathetic approach allows her to not only be a real estate agent but also a confidant as she helps clients through that exciting but stressful time of their lives. Jules is not only a dedicated real estate agent, but also an experienced marketing and administrative professional. Before working in the real estate industry, she worked as an executive assistant at a boutique marketing agency in the city, as well as working as the Listings Manager for one of NY's top brokerages. She combines her real estate and marketing experience to craft a targeted and creative approach to each buying or selling process.

Currently residing in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Jules enjoys exploring local restaurants, attending shows, events and farmer’s markets with friends. Having grown up less than an hour's drive from the city in Pequannock Township, New Jersey, she knows the tri-state area like the back of her hand, and can't wait to share her expertise with you.
